Our mind is constantly programming itself based on the thoughts we think. When we think with strength and courage, we act confidently. If we think defeat or even hesitate, we are doomed in that endeavor.


And this gets even worse when we waste time hating, arguing, playing the victim, or partaking in that silly "I'm offended" non-sense. What we consistently focus on expands. This is the driving force behind our habits, relationships, goals, and results. If we want to change anything in (or about) our life, we must change how we think and what we think about.


Courage over cowardice. Leadership over submission. Actions over words. Life over fear.
